Kokkinos Vrachos beach (meaning red rock) is found on the old road Igoumenitsa-Plataria, just off the fishing village of Plataria.
This unique beach actually consists of two small coves, where visitors can savor that all-important sun, sea and sand. Named after the red rocks surrounding it, Kokkinos Vrachos is popular with young people, as there is a bar serving coffee, drinks and snacks throughout summer. Sun beds are available too. You can also enjoy your meal in a taverna, located just before you reach the beach. Note that parking is available.
Brilliant Kokkinos Vrachos beach is definitely worth a visit!
